Harp Screens
The special feature of all harp screens is that the longitudinal wires crimed or straight are secured with relatively wide spaced cross supports. In this way, every single wire is excited not only by the force of the screening machine but also by the material to be screened. This additional vibration works against the risk of blinding (sticking) and pegging.

Screen panels of this type are recommended for materials that are difficult to screen and tend to stick and blind conventional woven wire, especially moist and wedge shaped materials.

ISEVENO-Harp

The ISEVENO-Harp consists of highly crimped wires alternating with straight wires arranged side by side horizontally and connected by cross bindings made of molten plastic or metal wires. The mesh opening is triangular.

ISERPAL-Harp

The ISERPAL-Harp consists of strongly crimped wires arranged side by side and held in position with either cross wires or molten plastic so that the result is a mesh with an aperture that is essentially square.
The spacings for the cross bindings are variable and are adapted to suit the screening machine supports and material to be screened. The special feature of this type of Harp is the free vibrating nature of the independent wires with a relatively stable square mesh giving a good separation precision.

N-Harp

N-Harps consist of vertical, slightly crimped wires arranged side by side and held apart and in position by cross wires or molten plastic. The length of the slot between the woven wire is determined by the spacing of the cross wires. The spacings of the cross wires are variable and made to suit to the screening machine supports and the material to be screened. With the crimped wires standing vertical to the material to be screened, the material flow will be slowed down and loosened. The N-Harp is distinguished by a very large open area which ensures a high screening performance. This type of Harp is not recommended for flat and spear like materials.

ISEVIER-Harp

The ISEVIER-Harp is made using straight wires only, arranged side by side and held in position with cross bindings of molten plastic. The resulting slot lengths are determined by the spacing of the cross bindings. The spacing of the cross binding is variable and can be adapted to suit the screening machine support divisions and the material to be screened.

The ISEVIER-Harp provides an excellent screening performance with a long life. This type of Harp is not recommended for flaky and elongated spear like material.
